When I want to lost weight, I need to dieting. So the food I will eat consist of fruit, vegetables, protion, and a little bit carbohydrates. I will eat a piece of bread, a egg, and a glass of milk. Then at 10 a.m. I will eat some fruit. I will eat a lot of chicken and vegetables at lunch. Finally I will eat some fruit and vegetables at dinner.
Sounds like a good, healthy plan.
