Positive, be positive is my formula for a healthy life. Do not complain a lot and keep smiling. Say 'hello' to everyone you meet. And I have a healthy daily routine too. I wake up at 7 a.m. and go to bed 11p.m. everyday. As long As I have some free time, I will working out, and running around the mountion, breath some fresh air are good for our health.
